A few weeks ago, on my walk home after a job, I noticed that behind my house some wild blackberries are growing. What was better, some of them were nearing ripeness! I picked them, came home and put them in a container in the freezer. Now, every time I come home from a job, I have another handful of berries, and soon my freezer container will be full. I was thinking I should make jam from them. What do you think?
